Myth-Folklore Unit: Aesop's Fables (English)

The Wolf and the Shepherd's Boy:
This is short nursery rhyme bout the boy who cried wolf. Lesson: No one takes a joker seriously, and it's difficult to gain a person's trust again.

The Man and the Goose:
The goose laid golden eggs, and the man became so greedy for more that he did not want to wait for the goose to produce 1 egg at a time. So, the man cut the goose open. To his dismay he found zero golden eggs inside the goose. Lesson: Patience is a virtue, and one must not be come to greedy.
