Week 8: Comments and Feedback!

I believe feedback is very important for improvement, so I really appreciate constructive criticism from others. I enjoy building people up and giving compliments, so it is difficult for me to correct others and critique their work. My favorite feedback technique is the WWW: wow - I wonder - what if strategy. Using this strategy has helped me give constructive criticism and give positive comments/compliments at the same time. I really like this strategy, and it has helped me improve the quality of my comments and feedback for other students.

Reading my classmates introductions is a fun way to learn about them and get to know them. Normally, in an online course, the students feel isolated and disconnected because they have never meet their classmates. This gives students a great way to meet others in the course and connect via online platforms.

This image of the "Feedback Cat" represents my view on feedback. I believe feedback helps a person improve and can refocus a person on what is important and necessary for improvement.
